Our attorneys receive competitive base salaries plus uncapped bonuses ranging from 10–30% of collected billings above established thresholds.

We fully fund employee health, dental, and vision insurance, provide immediate-vesting retirement contributions, cover all professional dues and CLE expenses, and supply dedicated paralegal support and modern litigation technology.
