Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Litigation (Remote, Washington State)

Location: Remote (WA) with Office Access in Bellevue, WA
Earnings Range: $150,000 - $300,000 DOE
We are a growing plaintiff-side litigation firm representing injured clients and policyholders across Washington State. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position, though we maintain office space in Bellevue for in-person meetings as needed.
Role Summary:
As an associate, you will work on all stages of litigation in collaboration with a partner — from intake and investigation to discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. You will also supervise support staff on your cases and contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on high standards and shared success.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$110,000 depending on experience
- Onboarding bonus of $20,000
- Quarterly performance bonuses based on case outcomes

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
- 2–5 years of civil litigation experience (including depositions, motion practice, and client interaction)
- Experience in personal injury or insurance bad faith is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with discipline and accountability
